800 ml tomato juice
1 tsp celery salt
1 tbls Worcestershire
sauce
1 lime, juiced
ground black pepper
4 shots vodka
Mix all ingredients except vodka. Fill each glass to top with ice cubes. Add generous shot of vodka. Pour in Peri-Meri mixture. ground black pepper. Serve with a stick of celery.
 


Ingredients
500g stewing lamb
1 Bottle Nando's Moroccan Curry Cooking Sauce
1 garlic clove
150g diced pumpkin
8 baby carrots
 
2 onions 6 baby potatoes
6 fresh dates
1 can chickpeas, drained
coriander
mint
Method Brown the stewing lamb in oil and garlic. Season with salt and coarse pepper. Add the Nando's Moroccan Curry Cooking Sauce and 250ml of water. Add the diced pumpkin, baby carrots, baby potatoes and coarsely chopped fresh dates. Simmer for 25 mins. Add chopped coriander, mint and a can of heated chickpeas. Serve on a bed of couscous or rice.
