Usage:
Let your favourite chicken, fish, beef or lamb absorb the flavour and heat of our marinades in a dish for 5 - 10 mins prior to cooking (or however long you have got). For best results, marinade overnight. Then BBQ, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart’s content. One bottle (250ml) is enough to marinate one whole chicken.
