- 2tbsp Oil
- 450g Chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2clv Garlic, crushed
- 2tsp Ginger, grated
- 375ml Nando‘s Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce
- 100g Frozen Peas
- Salt to taste

Serves 6 as a starter or 4 as a main courseMethod:
Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and saute until onion is translucent. Add the Nando‘s Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add the peas, season to taste and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with Basmati Rice.
