What are the set up fees/costs?
The initial franchise fee is $48,500 plus GST and restaurants range from $950k - $1.2 million plus GST depending on site and other factors.

What support and training is provided for new franchisees?
Nando’s franchisees are supported with comprehensive training, ongoing development and experience an unsurpassed level of support thanks to a dedicated team of local marketing and business development managers, as well as expert advice in marketing, finance and operations directly from the central support office.
We have developed a very comprehensive training program for our franchisees. Training will start before your restaurant opens and is for a period of 12 weeks. This program encompasses restaurant and office training modules.

Nando’s will complete its due diligence for all prospective franchisees prior to formal approval being given.
Can I operate more than one restaurant?
A franchisee that has shown that they can operate and contribute to the Nando’s system will be encouraged to secure additional restaurants if available for sale.
Am I required to work in the restaurant?
Yes, a successful Nando’s restaurant responds with the active participation of a franchisee. The franchisee must be involved in all facets of the operation from managing the floor, and all production and management functions. We require franchisees to be actively involved in the day to day running of their franchise operation.
How much can a franchisee expect to earn?
Earnings vary from restaurant to restaurant. Franchisee’s success is based on many factors, the most important is upholding operational excellence in their business. Nando’s can’t predict franchisees earnings.
What qualities or qualifications are required?
