Can I book a table?

We at Nando’s love a good party as much as our customers do! Each of our restaurants has their own booking policy, so please contact them directly via our restaurant locator to plan your bash!

What music do you play in your restaurants?

Drumming with your fork? That’s because the music you hear is Afro-Luso- a blend of our African and Portuguese roots… the musical equivalent of the zest of our food and the vibrancy of our art. Unleash the PERi-PERi and shake what your mama gave you to Afro-Luso, the sound of Nando’s.

 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Get the low down on gift cards which you can buy in restaurant over here. It’ll be the most PERi-fect present you’ll ever give!

What are your restaurant hours?

Generally we’re open from midday to late evening, but some restaurants’ opening hours vary. The restaurant locator will give you the exact opening and closing times.

How can I find my nearest Nando’s restaurant?

Easy! The address, phone number and operating hours are all on our restaurant locator.

Where is the art from that’s in your restaurants?

If you love the art in this restaurant you’re not the only one. The Nando’s Art Initiative nurtures undiscovered, emerging and established African artists and gives them the opportunity to focus on their art full time. With more than 11,000 unique and original pieces on show in our Nando’s restaurants globally, it feels great to know we’re giving our customers something beautiful to look at without having to set foot in a gallery. We’re so passionate about our African art we’ve showcased few of our favourite artists on our menus where everyone can see them.

Takeaway

Do you offer takeaway from Nando’s?

Phone through your order (find the number here) and collect it at your chosen time, or simply pop in to order your food and wait while it’s freshly prepared! Remember, licensing restrictions mean you can’t takeaway alcoholic drinks.

What should I do if I know I’m going to be late collecting my order?

If you need to speak to us about your order then please call the restaurant you’re collecting from (find the number here or check your order confirmation email if ordering online). We’ll be firing up the grill in order to have your order ready at the time you selected. 

What do I need to bring with me when I come to collect my order?

Just quote your name, or the name the order was placed under, when you arrive and we’ll take care of the rest. 

I got back home and I’m not happy with my order/I’m missing items, what shall I do?

Please give the restaurant you collected from a call, ask to speak to the manager on duty and they’ll find a way to put things right (Find the number here or check your order confirmation email if you ordered online). 

How do I give you feedback about my takeaway experience?

Can I get Nando’s delivered?

Although we can appreciate your nearest Nando’s may not be at your doorstep, we do not offer a delivery service nationwide. We are currently running a delivery trial in a few restaurants using a company called Deliveroo. Deliveroo is our only authorised delivery partner and we cannot accept any responsibility for the quality of the food or service provided by any other non-authorised delivery companies that may deliver our product without our permission. To check if your local is currently listed with Deliveroo, head to the Deliveroo website and enter your delivery address.

Online Ordering

Can I order online or via the app?

We are currently running an online ordering trial in a select number of restaurants. Go here to see locate participating restaurants and place an order via the website. We’re hatching big plans though so watch this space or sign up to PERi-Perks here to receive regular updates.

What do I do if something goes wrong whilst I’m creating my order?

Should your screen freeze or something crashes, then please start again. We know it can be frustrating! Make sure you check your order, and then continue adding to it until everything is in there ready for checkout. Please let us know what happened by getting in touch here so we can fix any problems for next time. 

Why can’t I order my favourite Nando’s menu items online?

You can order almost everything from our menu online. There are certain tweaks and combinations you can’t do right now, but we think we’ve got the most popular requests covered. Let us know here if there’s something you wanted to order but couldn’t – we can then look to update the menu for you.

I’m having problems with the online ordering website, who can I speak to?

Please get in touch with us here and we can look into it for you. Please note that we’re here during office hours only so if you’re desperate for your Nando’s fix then give the restaurant a call instead and we can take your order over the phone.

Can I use PERi-Perks or Nando’s vouchers when I place an order online?

Unfortunately, not right now. If you want to use a PERi-Perks or Nando’s voucher (Eg free meal on your birthday), give the restaurant a call to place your order and pay when you pick it up. Find the number for your local Nando's here.

Can I use a Nando’s gift card when I place an order online?

Yep! When ordering online you can definitely use a Nando’s gift card so long as you have enough funds on the gift card to cover the full value of your order using a gift card alone. Simply enter in the gift card number and verification code on the back of the gift card when at check out. 

I placed an order online but didn’t receive a confirmation email, have you got my order?

If you reached the confirmation screen after placing your order and paying for it, then it’s likely that the confirmation email just didn’t reach you, so check your junk folder and make sure your email is working ok. If you didn’t get to the confirmation screen and didn’t get an email it’s likely something went wrong and your order hasn’t gone through. Please try again and get in touch with us here if you continue to have problems placing an order online. You can always give the restaurant a call in the meantime to place your order, as they can take your order over the phone too.

What happens if I place my order and realise I have selected the wrong restaurant once I receive the confirmation email?

Call the restaurant straight away so that they can make sure they don't cook the food. Their contact details can be found in your confirmation e-mail or check here. To arrange for the money to be put back on your card, please get in touch with us here. We will need to take some card details from you and the money may take up to 72 hours to show in your account. You can go back to place your online order with the correct restaurant, but you will need to submit payment again.

Can I change or add items to my order once I’ve placed my order online?

Sorry, this isn’t possible. Once you’ve placed your order we’ll take payment for that exact order and we can’t go back and change anything. If you’ve forgotten something or want to change part of your order then please speak to the restaurant staff when you collect – there may be a chance we can help but it’s likely you’ll have to queue. Alternatively you can always place a second online order.

Can I use my PERi-Perks account when ordering online?

Yep! Simply sign in with your PERi-Perks user name and password when ordering online and you’ll be able to earn and redeem your points. Just note that at the moment, online catering and PERi-Perks are separate so you’ll need an account for both (we’re looking into it, so watch this space!). You can however still earn PERi-Perks points for online catering orders – Simply add your PERi-Perks membership number at check out and points will be added to your account within 72 hours of order collection. 

I’m having trouble logging in to online ordering with my PERi-Perks details. What do I do?

Firstly, try performing a password reset on your PERi-Perks account, and if that doesn’t work, please contact us here with your account details, and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
