Alisha is one of the powerhouse leaders behind Nando’s newest restaurants across Australia. She first joined in 2020 as an Assistant Patrao at Marion, South Australia — right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Six months later, she stepped up as Restaurant Manager.

Fast-forward to 2025, and Alisha is now a Restaurant Opening Coach, leading Ignition Crews to open brand-new restaurants across SA, ACT and NSW. From Tea Tree Plaza and Woden to Westlakes, Merrylands and soon Munno Para.

Passionate about growing others, Alisha is also a mentor in our Bright Futures program. Having been one of the first to complete it herself, she now trains and develops future Shift Leaders and Assistant Patraos. “Six of my Nandocas have gone through it — it’s game-changing,” she says.
