Our Internal SustainabilityGovernance Structure
In 2020, we established a Sustainability Steering Committee, a cross functional team chaired by our CEO, supported by three working groups focused on direct impacts, waste and supplier sustainability. These groups meet regularly and make recommendations for action and change which are then shared with our Leadership Team.
Diversity & Inclusion Committee
As part of our ongoing commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, in 2020, our Diversity and Inclusion Committee was established. The Committee is made up of a Council and two Working Groups; The LGBTIQ Working Group and The Racial, Ethnic and Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Working Group, which has a specific focus on First Nations People in Australia and New Zealand. The Council and Working Groups meet regularly to drive our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and activities and programs that bring diversity and inclusion to life.
