Why the impact of a meal matters
Over half of our total carbon footprint is in our supply chain so making changes here will play a huge role in delivering our commitment to halve the impact of a meal. While the majority comes from food production, it also includes transport, waste and non-food products like furniture, kitchen and office equipment.
Changing the way we do things means working with our suppliers to change the way they do some things too. This is an exciting time for us all as we explore how we can work together to make a real difference.
