Meet Katie: She started as a Team Member and is now an Assistant Restaurant Manager. She also won Nando’s global Master Griller challenge, which took her to Malaysia and Botswana.

At Nando’s, a first job can turn into something seriously spicy. Plenty of our team start while they’re still at school, learning the basics and getting a taste for the vibe on the restaurant floor. With the right support, training, and a dash of PERi-PERi passion, they grow into team leaders, assistant managers, and restaurant managers like Dylan, who started as a Nandoca and is now a Manager and part of the Nando’s Partnership program.
